At Reel, we want your home to feel just right, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, we will work with you to make it right through a simple refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Reel account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all included hardware and assembly instructions to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
